Summary

This study aims to examine the problems of the contract environment in the performing arts field and the shortcomings of the Artist Welfare Act, and to seek ways to improve the Artist Welfare Act to prevent unfair transactions between performers and cultural arts businesses. Through surveys, case analysis, and legal consultation, the study diagnoses problems such as the ambiguity of contracts and insufficient punishment for unfair transactions, and emphasizes the need for standard contracts and contract training.
