This study aimed to explore the difficulties experienced by facilitators in the rural field forum and to derive a theoretical model for improving their satisfaction. Qualitative analysis based on grounded theory, using in-depth interview data, revealed that on-site operational difficulties and issues related to low allowances and unstable insurance coverage were core challenges.
