Summary

This study predicts the turnover rate of new nurses using a multiple neural network based on TensorFlow and suggests strategic human resource management plans. Analysis of nurse data from a university hospital in Busan between 2010-2017 revealed a prediction accuracy of 88.7% for turnover within one year and 79.8% for early turnover within three years, with reasons for resignation varying by career stage.
