Summary

This study aimed to develop elementary dietary education materials for creative extracurricular activities and propose an educational program to foster healthy eating habits in elementary school students. Through literature and curriculum analysis, dietary education experience areas were selected, and the program's validity was verified through a survey of elementary school teachers. The developed program emphasizes creative thinking skills and practical problem-solving abilities, highlighting the need for continuous research to promote changes in dietary education in schools.
