우리나라 장기공공임대주택사업 지속성 확보방안에 관한 연구
This study aims to address the increasing losses of public institutions in public housing management and to seek policy alternatives to secure the sustainability of long-term public rental housing projects. The study identifies loss factors by analyzing the approval volume, inventory, financial support for construction costs, and rent calculation methods of long-term public rental housing, and proposes alternatives such as realizing financial support, improving rent calculation methods, and cross-subsidization through the expansion of public offering housing. The priority of policies is determined through AHP analysis, and a sustainable policy direction for long-term public rental housing is discussed.
