Summary

This study examined the relationship between work-life balance (WLB) and organizational effectiveness variables such as job satisfaction, organizational commitment, and turnover intention, and verified whether perceived organizational support mediates this relationship. The results showed that WLB had a positive effect on job satisfaction and organizational commitment, and a negative effect on turnover intention. Perceived organizational support partially mediated the relationship between WLB and job satisfaction/turnover intention, and fully mediated the relationship between WLB and organizational commitment.
