Summary

This study analyzed the factors influencing adolescents' career identity using a decision tree model. The results showed that various factors, including individual characteristics, family characteristics, psychological characteristics, and school characteristics, significantly affected career identity, with self-identity and teacher relationship being particularly important variables. The findings can contribute to developing practical plans to enhance adolescents' career identity.
