This study is a case study on the operational experiences of elementary school teachers in school sports clubs, analyzing the motivation and disruption factors to explore ways to ensure the sustainability of the clubs. The operational motivation was categorized into reflection of student needs, teacher competency, and school culture, while disruption factors were categorized as additional work and safety accident threats. The study concluded that integrating school sports clubs into the regular curriculum, introducing expansive club activities, and guaranteeing teacher educational activities are necessary to strengthen school sports clubs.
