This study comparatively analyzes how aptitude tests and NCS job ability tests are utilized as recruitment and selection tools in enterprises to predict job performance ability. By examining the procedural overview of recruitment and selection, reviewing prior research, and comparing measurement concepts and application cases across enterprises, the study seeks to explore the development direction of recruitment tools and provide basic data for employment research and implications for enterprise recruitment and selection practices.
