This study investigated the employment status of speech-language pathologists by analyzing job postings from the Korean Association of Speech Language Pathologists between 2013 and 2017. The results showed that the metropolitan area had a higher proportion of irregular and part-time workers, and lower rates of insurance coverage and retirement benefits, with differences in employment conditions depending on the type of facility. The study emphasizes the need for policy development to improve the employment environment for speech-language pathologists.
