Summary

This study analyzed the self-realization process of middle-aged female learners through graduate school learning using constructivist grounded theory. The results showed that the self-realization process involves repeatedly discovering, gaining insight, and developing through life’s joys and sorrows to overcome challenges. This provides insights into the impact of learning on the self-realization of middle-aged women and their self-growth for the future.
