This study investigates the labor environment issues in the domestic TV drama production field through examining the contractual relationships between outsourcing production companies, terrestrial broadcasters, and staff, seeking ways to improve the situation. Due to the nature of drama production, non-regular staff participation is high, and problems such as unsigned contracts and long working hours continue to occur. Discussions within government ministries have highlighted reasonable wage payments and reduced working hours for non-regular staff as key issues.
