Summary

This study analyzes the problems of facilitation based on Foucault's concept of disciplinary power and explores the possibility of human-centered interaction from the perspective of bio-power. The findings suggest that facilitators should pursue learner-centered facilitation through open interaction, connection to core values, and creation of an environment that fosters autonomy.
