Summary

This study aims to expand guesthouses to meet the increasing demand of foreign tourists, considering architectural aspects in addition to the limitations of previous tourism-focused research. Through analysis of data related to foreign individual tourists, examination of related laws and policies, a practical expansion plan for guesthouses is proposed.
