This study examines the transfer of insurance claim rights and the possibility of exercising the insurer's right of subrogation in medium and long-term export insurance. It suggests that the transfer of insurance claim rights should be limited to avoid negative impacts on the validity of the insurance contract and the economic realities of the claimant, and that the designation of insured persons should be actively utilized. Careful legal review of financial contract changes is necessary to maintain the soundness of export insurance.
