Summary

This study examined participants’ perceptions regarding improvements in education for their return to a mountain village, focusing on satisfaction, motivation’s achievement, and effectiveness. The results indicated that higher satisfaction with instructors and teaching materials led to improved technology and social skills, as well as greater interpersonal effectiveness, while satisfaction with the education content was linked to self-development.
