Summary

This research analyzed the effect of organizational justice on individual, group, and organizational creativity among cooks. The analysis revealed that interpersonal justice positively influenced individual creativity, and informational justice impacted knowledge, experience, and task motivation. Furthermore, the sub-variables of organizational justice were found to have positive effects on various aspects of group and organizational creativity.
