Summary
This study examined the impact of surface acting on emotional exhaustion among public servants handling public affairs, and analyzed the extent to which organizational support and supervisor support mitigate this relationship. The results showed that surface acting significantly affects emotional exhaustion, and both organizational support and supervisor support reduce this relationship. Notably, the moderating effect of supervisor support was stronger than that of organizational support.
