Summary

This study aimed to establish the concept of future education needed in the era of the 4th Industrial Revolution and to derive core competencies required for future talent. To this end, validity of future talent competencies was verified through analysis of prior research and the current status of education, analysis of research related to future human resources, and expert opinion surveys. The research findings can be used as reference materials for future education and talent development.
