This study aims to contribute to establishing Korea's global business negotiation model by analyzing the differences in cross-cultural value orientation among American and Chinese youth. The results showed that China tends to pursue active and competitive values, while Korean youth prioritize communication value orientation emphasizing mutual dialogue and coordination. The United States is showing a trend of changing towards traditional and customary values.
