Summary

This study investigated ways to improve the career maturity of dance majors by overcoming career barriers and indecision, highlighting the importance of social support and career counseling. The results showed that career barriers influence counseling outcomes and career maturity, while career indecision affects social support. Furthermore, social support was found to have a mediating effect on the relationship between career indecision and career maturity.
