Summary

This study examined the impact of childcare teachers' multicultural efficacy and teacher personality on their multicultural education competence. The results indicated a positive correlation between multicultural efficacy, teacher personality, and multicultural education competence, with universal personality and multicultural instructional methodology significantly influencing multicultural education competence. These findings suggest the importance of understanding multicultural societies, knowledge of children from multicultural families, and the ability to develop and utilize relevant materials for enhancing teachers' multicultural education competence.
