Summary

This study qualitatively analyzes the experiences of teachers who participated in the Creative Crisis Intervention (CCI) program in the Nepal earthquake-disaster area to derive implications for a psychosocial intervention model. The results showed that teachers experienced changes before and after participating in the program, and gained a sense of reward and confidence by learning and implementing ways to address the negative impacts of the earthquake on children. This suggests that experiential art crisis intervention education provides therapeutic effects for teachers in earthquake disaster areas.

인지치료 또는 인지행동치료는 정신역동치료와 더불어 현대 심리치료의 양대 산맥을 이루고 있다. 본 과목은 이러한 인지치료의 이론적 기초와 실전적 기법을 심층적으로 살펴봄으로서 실제 임상사례에 대한 인지치료의 적용 능력을 함양하고자 한다. 본 과목의 구체적 내용은 크게 4부로 나누어진다. 1부에서는 인지치료의 기본 가정 및 철학적 배경, 발전과정 및 현황, 치료원리, 치료과정, 다른 심리치료 이론과의 관계 등을 살펴본다. 2부에서는 인지치료의 다양한 기법을 소개한다. 부적응적 인지를 찾아내고 이에 대한 타당성을 살펴보며 대안적 인지를 탐색하는 과정에서 사용될 수 있는 다양한 인지치료적 기법을 살펴본다. 아울러흔히 인지치료적 기법과 함께 사용되는 행동치료적 기법도 소개된다. 3부에서는 주요한 심리장애(예: 불안장애, 우울증, 성격장애 등)에 대한 인지이론과 그에 따른 구체적 인지치료적 접근방법을 살펴본다. 4부에서는 실제 임상사례를 통해 인지치료의 이론과 기법이 적용되는 과정을 구체적으로 살펴보고, 치료의 각 단계에서 나타날 수 있는 치료적 문제점들과 그에 대한 대응방법을 논의한다.

본 교과목은 다음과 같은 세 가지 목표를 가지고 있다. 첫째, 인간의 행복한 삶이란 무엇이고, 무엇이 인간을 행복하게 하는가에 대해 탐구한다. 둘째, 우리나라의 외환위기로 인한 IMF체제와 세계 경제 위기 이후 인간의 행복과 삶의 질이 어떻게 변화되었는가를 탐구한다. 셋째, 인간의 행복한 삶을 위해서는 개인과 사회가 어떠한 노력을 해야 하는가, 그리고 그것이 사회복지와 어떠한 관련이 있는가에 대해 탐구하도록 한다. 이 세 가지 목표를 위하여 본 교과목에서는 1) 참고자료(영화, 드라마, 도서 등)를 통해 인간의 행복한 삶에 직·간접적으로 영향을 주는 다양한 사회체계와 사회문제를 파악하고, 2) 인간의 행복과 삶의 질을 결정하는 요인은 무엇이며 그 조건은 무엇인가에 대해 고찰하며, 3) 인간의 삶의 질(QOL), 행복(Happiness)과 관련 있는 사회복지의 내용과 제도, 프로그램 등을 연구할 것이다.

기초 단계의 「학생자율연구: 탐구」 교과목을 통하여 이루어진 연구를 보다 심화시키거나 융합·확장시킴으로써 발전된 연속성을 가지는 자율연구가 이루어지도록 하는 심화 교과목이다. 학생이 자율적으로 자신이 탐구하고 싶은 주제와 영역을 설정하고 자기주도적 태도로 지도교수의 도움을 받아 더욱 창의적이고 심도 깊은 연구를 수행하고 그 결과를 보고한다. 교양교과목의 특성을 살려 전공영역의 연구과 교과목에서 다루기 어려운 포괄적인 개념, 학제적이고 융합적인 주제, 시사적인 문제 등을 탐구주제로 선정하여, 간학문적 접근과 방법론, 실험과 참여관찰 등 혁신적인 탐구방법을 활용하며, 소속학과와 대학을 넘어서는 전학교적 지도교수의 밀착지도를 받음으로써 창의적인 학자로서의 소양을 함양할 수 있다. 연구결과는 논문으로 작성하여 학술대회 발표 및 학술지에 게재함으로써 학문적 소통과 공유의 체험도 권장한다. 교양 2학점으로 절대평가(등급평가)를 기본으로 하며 「학생자율연구: 탐구」를 이수한 후 수강할 수 있다.
