Summary

This study qualitatively analyzes the experiences of teachers who participated in the Creative Crisis Intervention (CCI) program in the Nepal earthquake-disaster area to derive implications for a psychosocial intervention model. The results showed that teachers experienced changes before and after participating in the program, and gained a sense of reward and confidence by learning and implementing ways to address the negative impacts of the earthquake on children. This suggests that experiential art crisis intervention education provides therapeutic effects for teachers in earthquake disaster areas.
