Summary

This study investigated the influence of an overseas teaching practice program on pre-service teachers’ global teaching competence and English communication competence. The results showed that both global teaching competence and English communication competence improved after participation in the program, with significant enhancements in global education understanding, global teaching skills, and intercultural communication competence.
