Summary

This study explores the experiences of elementary school teachers implementing project-based learning through auto-ethnography. The results indicate that teachers experienced stages of passive attempts and giving up, imitation and confusion, gradual development and stabilization, and ultimately, leaps forward, alongside changes in curriculum understanding, class initiative, connection to the real world, development of teaching methods, and co-growth with students.
