Summary

This study analyzed the influence of social capital on the successful aging of marriage immigrant women, finding that higher Korean language proficiency and total household income were associated with greater social capital, and a positive correlation between social capital and successful aging. Specifically, trust, network, and norms were found to positively influence autonomous life, self-fulfillment orientation, and satisfaction with children.
