Summary

This study conducted an importance-performance analysis (IPA) on the purchasing and choice attributes of HMR products for consumers in their 20s-40s and over 50s, comparing differences between age groups. The results showed that the development of 'new HMR products' and 'diverse HMR products' was important for all consumer age groups, and significant differences existed in hygiene, quality, and price attributes between age groups.
