Summary

This study analyzed the moderating effect of organizational justice on the relationship between job characteristics and organizational performance among researchers in government-supported research institutes. The results showed that autonomy, importance, identity, and feedback had a positive impact on job satisfaction, while autonomy, identity, and feedback positively affected organizational commitment. Notably, organizational justice significantly moderated the relationship between autonomy and diversity with job satisfaction, and between autonomy, importance, and feedback with organizational commitment.
