Summary

This study aimed to identify the characteristics of social development in young children at risk of disability from multicultural families and to explore necessary educational support methods through qualitative research using the KJ method with five teachers and speech therapists. The results showed that the characteristics of social development were individual characteristics, family influence, and marginalization from mainstream society, and that educational support required educational strategies, teacher education, and family support.
