This study aims to provide direction for youth activity in the era of the Fourth Industrial Revolution. The Fourth Industrial Revolution, based on O2O technology, is a hyper-connected society that requires new competencies, necessitating a competence-focused shift in youth activity. Utilizing STEEP analysis to predict future societal changes, the study suggests directions for changes in youth activity, as well as the roles of youth centers and leaders.
