Summary

This study aimed to find a way to reduce the turnover rate in the MICE industry by analyzing the impact of job stress on turnover intention among professional convention organizers (PCOs) and the mediating effect of job value. The results showed that job stress negatively affects turnover intention, and job value mediates the relationship between job stress and turnover intention. Specifically, higher intrinsic job value related to business ability was associated with lower turnover intention, while higher extrinsic job value related to job stability anxiety was associated with higher turnover intention.
