Summary
This study analyzed the election pledges and inaugural addresses of superintendents elected in 2010 and 2014 using language network analysis. The results showed that conservative superintendents emphasized academic ability, character, and creativity, while progressive superintendents focused on innovation and innovation schools, and safety emerged as a key keyword in 2014 regardless of the superintendents’ values.
