Summary

This study analyzed the impact of teacher sensitivity, happiness, and job stress on the formation of infant-teacher attachment in one-year-old infants. The results showed a positive correlation between teacher sensitivity and happiness and infant attachment, and a negative correlation with job stress. Specifically, sub-factors of teacher sensitivity (suitability, promptness, preciseness), happiness (self-controlled happiness), and job stress (relationship between co-workers) significantly influenced infant attachment formation.
