Summary

This study analyzed the impact of human resource development on corporate performance, mediated by organizational change. The results showed that human resource development positively affects corporate performance and organizational change, and organizational change mediates the relationship between human resource development and corporate performance. This suggests that companies can simultaneously promote corporate innovation and performance creation through both human resource development and organizational change.
