Summary

This study examined the impact of the cultural tendency of early childhood teachers and the exchange relationship of organizations on interpersonal conflict resolution. The results showed that the cultural tendency of early childhood teachers had a positive correlation with both distributive and integrative negotiation, and the organizational exchange relationship significantly influenced integrative negotiation. Furthermore, cultural tendency and exchange with colleagues affected integrative negotiation, while the exchange with the director did not show a significant influence.
