Summary

This study examined the relationships among planned happenstance skills, career decision-making self-efficacy, and career aspiration levels in pre-service early childhood teachers, and investigated the mediating role of career aspiration levels. The results indicated that planned happenstance skills positively influenced both career decision-making self-efficacy and career aspiration levels, with career aspiration levels partially mediating the relationship between the two.
