Summary

This study investigated the self-growth process of counseling graduate students through group art therapy classes. The results showed that students gained self-understanding through visualization, and factors such as feedback, universality, and a safe therapy environment contributed to their self-growth. These findings provide implications for graduate school curriculum and therapeutic counseling approaches.
