Summary

This study aims to suggest teaching and learning methods to foster emotional management ability in elementary school students, emphasizing the importance of understanding and managing emotions. Through analysis of the 2015 revised curriculum and the 5th grade textbook, it proposes complementary methods for emotional management guidance, aiming for habit-level emotional management through an integrated approach of awareness, sentiment, and behavior. It explores ways to enable curriculum-daily feedback through body-based emotional management and the integration of moral subjects and daily life.
