Summary

This study evaluated the ability of the Japanese Epidemiological Survey of Refractory Eosinophilic Chronic Rhinosinusitis (JESREC) classification to predict disease control in patients with chronic rhinosinusitis with nasal polyps (CRSwNP) and analyzed prognostic factors. After functional endoscopic sinus surgery, patients were categorized based on eosinophil levels, and disease control status was assessed one year post-surgery, revealing no significant difference between non-eosinophilic and eosinophilic CRSwNP groups.

심장, 대동맥, 폐, 식도, 늑막, 종격동, 흉벽 등 흉부장기 질환의 병인 및 치료를 이해하기 위한 과목이다. 구체적인 학습목표는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 흉부장기의 정상생리를 이해함으로써 흉부질환을 진단하고 치료할 수 있는 기초지식을 습득한다. 둘째, 흉부질환의 수술에 따른 병태생리적 변화를 이해하여 수술 후 환자관리의 기초를 다진다. 셋째, 흉부장기질환의 병태생리를 이해함으로써 정확한 진단과 치료를 수행할 수 있는 능력을 함양한다.
