Summary

This study analyzed the causality relationship between Islamic leadership style and employee engagement among 117 employees in an FMCG industry in South Sulawesi Province, Indonesia. The results showed that Islamic leadership style has a positive and significant effect on employee engagement, and the skills, reliability, and level of trust of a leader in the organization are critical elements in embodying employee engagement.
