This study examines food therapy for dermatological illnesses within their relationship with Pattern Identification and Treatment Discussion in 『Sikryochanyo』. By selecting relevant texts and analyzing the nature, flavor, and main effect of food ingredients, the study categorized each ingredient according to its properties in regulating Coldness, Heat, Deficiency, and Excessiveness. The study concludes that appropriate administration of food to dermatological illnesses requires differentiation of the condition’s characteristics and tailored pattern-based treatment.
