Summary

This study explored the game playing behavior and factors influencing quitting games among medical students. The results showed that medical students were able to quit games through self-efficacy experienced during their growth process, and self-efficacy contributed to improving self-regulation and self-control abilities. Based on these findings, the study suggested measures for establishing a healthy game culture and improving self-efficacy.
