Summary

This study examined the effect of employability on adaptive performance, considering the mediating roles of psychological and subjective well-being and the moderating role of perceived organizational support. The results showed that employability (internal flexibility and external mobility) positively influences adaptive performance, and psychological well-being mediates this relationship. Furthermore, perceived organizational support strengthens the impact of external mobility on adaptive performance.
