Summary

This study analyzed the factors that induce innovative behavior of members for the success of construction projects. Person-job fit and the reward system (intrinsic/extrinsic rewards) positively influenced psychological ownership, which in turn positively affected innovative behavior. However, psychological ownership did not mediate the relationship between person-job fit and the reward system.
