Summary

This study qualitatively explored the vocational adjustment experiences of elderly men who chose a creative occupation after retirement. The results indicated that creative occupations contribute to the expression of potential creativity, the enjoyment of work, and the expansion of social participation, playing an important role in successful aging. It is necessary to support the creative occupation selection and adjustment of the elderly through related education before retirement and expansion of social support.
