Summary

This study investigated the relationship between cultural experiences and the authenticity of ethnic restaurants, as well as the impact of authenticity on consumer perceptions and attitudes. Survey results indicated that cultural experience significantly affects the authenticity of ethnic restaurants, which in turn influences likability and behavioral intention.
