Summary

This study explored a disaster social welfare training program to expand disaster social welfare practice, analyzing domestic and international social work education and disaster participation experiences. The study found that disaster-related education is lacking in the current domestic social work curriculum, and field education is focused on psychological support. The development of comprehensive educational content, including disaster relief laws, relief behaviors, risk management, and welfare for vulnerable groups, is necessary for future disaster social work practice.
