Summary

This study explored the universal and professional personality factors experienced by pre-service teachers during child care practice, confirming the importance of personality for child care teachers. Qualitative analysis revealed that pre-service teachers naturally acquired personality factors through various experiences during the practice period and showed potential for growth as good teachers. This research can be used as basic data to support participants in child care practice.
