This study aims to identify the difficulties in the field through exercise participation cases of dementia caregivers (spouses) using dementia care centers and to provide basic data for the operation of practical exercise programs. The results showed that exercise participation helps improve the physical function of dementia caregivers, but there are environmental and structural constraints for continuous participation, and exercise classes also serve as a space for psychological support.
