This study investigated the relationship between first aid training and job performance of facility security personnel through a survey. The results showed that the necessity of first aid education significantly influenced the application to security practice, and the application to security practice significantly influenced job satisfaction. This suggests the need for support for first aid education to improve the job satisfaction of security-related workers.
